The increasing adoption of information technology has encouraged businesses in the food and beverage industry to digitalize their operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality. However, many small cafés still rely on manual systems for food ordering and table reservations, resulting in order inaccuracies, double bookings, inefficient communication, and difficulties in transaction management. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for food ordering and table reservations at Eka Aja Coffee Café, Sei Semayang Village, using the Waterfall software development model. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The Waterfall model was implemented through five sequential phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system integrates menu management, online ordering, table reservations, transaction management, and administrative functions into a single web platform accessible to customers, staff, and administrators. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing to ensure that all features operated according to the specified requirements. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully digitalizes the ordering and reservation processes, reduces manual recording errors, minimizes the risk of double bookings, accelerates order processing, and improves transaction data management. Furthermore, the system enhances customer convenience by providing online access to menu information and reservation services. Therefore, the developed web-based information system offers an effective solution for improving operational efficiency and customer service and can serve as a practical reference for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized cafés.
